New to Pilates? No problem! Our studio specializes in beginner-friendly classes designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of Pilates in a supportive environment. Our instructors will take the time to ensure you understand proper form and technique, so you can feel confident and comfortable in every class.

HOW IT WORKS

All classes are 50 minutes and mats are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own! Please bring a towel, water, and grip socks, although bare feet are also acceptable. Arrive before the class starts, as late entry is not permitted.
